Event Partner Program Terms and Privacy Notice

These public terms explain how applications, referrals, commissions, promotion, and applicant information are handled. Approved applicants must sign a separate Event Partner Agreement before participating.

Application and approval

Submitting an application does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance. 5280 Dance LLC may approve, decline, suspend, or end participation based on program fit, accurate information, customer experience, legal compliance, or misuse of the program.

Qualified referrals

A referral may qualify only when an approved partner makes the first documented introduction through an assigned code, link, or written introduction before the customer requests a quote. Existing leads, previous customers, duplicate submissions, self-referrals, fabricated leads, and retroactive claims do not qualify. Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, referral eligibility lasts 90 days from the documented introduction.

Commission schedule

Custom sizes, discounts, bundles, and special arrangements earn a commission only when 5280 Dance confirms the amount in writing before booking.

When commissions are earned

A commission is earned only after the referred event is completed and the customer’s full balance has cleared. A deposit or signed rental agreement alone does not earn a commission. Earned commissions are generally paid within seven business days after both conditions are met and required tax and payment information is on file.

Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, and unpaid bookings do not qualify. If a refund, chargeback, or reversal occurs after payment, 5280 Dance may offset the amount against future commissions or request repayment.

Partner conduct

Partners must use current, accurate information and clearly disclose when they may receive a referral commission. Partners may not change 5280 Dance pricing, collect customer payments, sign contracts for 5280 Dance, promise availability or installation conditions, make unauthorized warranties, or bind 5280 Dance. All quotes, contracts, deposits, logistics, installation, refunds, and customer service remain under 5280 Dance’s control.

Independent businesses

Program participants operate independent businesses. Participation does not create employment, agency, a franchise, a joint venture, or legal partnership. There are no required schedules, quotas, exclusivity, employee benefits, or authority to act for 5280 Dance.

Tax information

Approved partners must provide an accurate Form W-9 and payment information before the first payout. Partners are responsible for their own taxes. 5280 Dance may issue an information return when required by law.

Applicant privacy notice

5280 Dance collects the information submitted in the application, including name, business name, contact information, business type, service area, website or social profile, and business details. For approved partners, 5280 Dance may also collect a signed agreement, Form W-9, payment information, referral activity, and payout records.

This information is used to review applications, communicate with applicants, administer referrals and payments, maintain tax and business records, protect customers, and enforce program rules. 5280 Dance does not sell partner application information. Information may be shared with service providers that support forms, electronic signatures, payments, accounting, tax reporting, hosting, security, or legal compliance, subject to their applicable terms.

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to administer the program, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business. Applicants may request access, correction, or deletion of application information by emailing manny.fernandez@5280dancellc.com, subject to records 5280 Dance must retain.
