Denver: confirm the loading plan

If your event is in a downtown building, hotel, or rooftop venue, ask about loading zones, freight elevators, parking, and the route from the vehicle to the event room. Share any reserved delivery windows with us before the installation schedule is finalized.

Aurora: plan around your room layout

For an Aurora celebration, send a venue floor plan or measurements alongside your guest count. Include the tables, DJ area, and entrances so the dance floor can be reviewed as part of the whole room. Being nearby does not remove the need to confirm delivery and access details.

Colorado Springs: coordinate travel and timing

Provide the exact venue address and both setup and pickup windows. Travel from our Aurora base needs to be included in planning, particularly when a venue limits access before or after the event. Your delivery charge is quoted for your location; it is not included in the floor’s starting price.

Brighton: share the surface details

For a Brighton event—or any celebration using a pavilion or outdoor space—send photos of the proposed installation area. We need a firm, dry, stable, generally level surface. Outdoor suitability, weather arrangements, and any protective subfloor must be reviewed before booking.
